SB Swimming was set up as an alternative to club swimming in Naperville, Downers Grove, Lisle, and Woodridge. Swimmers can practice from 1 to 3 days a week and is broken up into three, eight week sessions. The program focuses on swimming technique, but also gives the endurance and speed work that swimmers need. Swimmers will always have the space and coaching they need to be successful.
Many swimmers choose this program because it allows them to stay active in swimming year round without sacrificing other sports they are interested in. The program also allows siblings in different levels to swim at the same time.
Swimmers need to be able to swim at least 4 lengths of the pool to enter the program.
All classes are held at Edwards Health Club in Seven Bridges. Their pool is very warm, which many swimmers love.
Mondays 7-8 PM (3 spaces remain in session 2)
Wednesdays 7-8 PM (8 spaces available in session 2)
Sundays 9-10AM (Space available in 2nd and 3rd session)
Sundays 10-11AM (Session will open up only if 9-10 session fills)
